1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jj888 ("jj888", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing jj888.im, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you are accessing jj888 on behalf of another person or using a device that belongs to someone else, you remain personally responsible for compliance with these Terms. jj888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified name. jj888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests.
4.3 Pending Verification Holds
If your jj888 account has not completed KYC verification, withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is completed. jj888 will not hold verified funds indefinitely – if a withdrawal is pending due to documentation review, the team will notify you within 24 hours of the specific documents required.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Eligibility

5.4 Bonus Abuse

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.3 Voided Bets & Cancelled Events

In-play bets placed after an event has technically concluded but before odds have been updated may be voided at jj888's discretion.
6.4 Obvious Errors
If odds, payouts or game outcomes are affected by a technical error, system malfunction or an obvious pricing mistake, jj888 reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies even if the error was not immediately apparent. Players who deliberately exploit obvious errors will have related winnings voided and may face account action.
7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

8. VIP Club Terms

VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited every Monday. Cashback carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable. jj888 reserves the right to adjust VIP programme terms, tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits with reasonable notice to affected members. Accounts found to be manipulating bet volume to qualify for a higher VIP tier without genuine play activity will be downgraded and may have cashback payments reversed.
Personal account managers assigned to Gold, Platinum and Elite members act as points of contact for platform queries. They do not have authority to override these Terms or grant exceptions not expressly provided for in the VIP programme documentation.
9. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, distribute or create derivative works from any jj888 content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of jj888 intellectual property may result in legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
jj888 is provided on an "as is" basis. 13. Account Closure & Termination
13.1 Closure by You
You may close your jj888 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal timeline. Any remaining balance after all active bets are settled will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method.
13.2 Closure by jj888
jj888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, abusive behaviour toward staff or technical exploitation. In cases of confirmed fraud, jj888 may withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, return deposits net of any fraudulent winnings.
13.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred in 12 consecutive months. jj888 will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee to the account balance. The monthly inactivity fee, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. You may reactivate an inactive account by contacting jj888 support at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
jj888 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be updated without advance notice.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of jj888 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
